Really Giving On Thanksgiving

Some people use the words “it is better to give than to receive”, and then there those who live it.  On October 10th, Prince George Spata Family members (Lucas’s brother’s family Dave, Lorena, Markus and Danika) held a special party to celebrate Markus’s 7th birthday.  Partly to counter overindulgence with gift giving, but also to share their thoughts and wishes for what The Impossibility Theory Fund is doing, Markus and the rest of the family asked that in lieu of traditional gifts guests could pledge their support to Lucas’ group if they wished.  A good time was had by all and the kids came away with a heightened sense of what it means to help out other kids whose lives are being profoundly affected by illness.

The concept was one that Lucas and the Impossibility Fund couldn’t be more thankful for.  On top of that, with over $300 raised the Fund will be giving books to these families - books to inspire all children and, as always, continue to spread the message of “Believing in the Impossible.”
