The purposes of The Impossibility Theory Society are:
- Inspire sick children* with a positive message
- Reward sick children with a gift
- Re-energize everyone involved in fighting cancer
- Raise funds for cancer research
- Promote the power of literacy as both a tool of entertainment and therapy
- Provide caregivers with an educational alternative to other forms of distractive therapy
- End Cancer
